A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have the right to cancel a contract under the following terms, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (CLEMENS-SPIELTIERE GmbH, Waldstr. 34, 74912 Kirchardt, Germany, Tel.: +4972661774, Email: info@clemens-spieltiere.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (freight items), the direct return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately 50 EUR for each such item.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
